Cultivating Safety through Simulation

19 November 2026

17:00 - 19:30 IST (ISR)

15:00 - 17:30 UTC

10:00 - 12:30 ET (US)

Join us from anywhere in the world for Cultivating Safety through Simulation, a virtual symposium exploring how simulation can strengthen safety across healthcare education and clinical practice.

Through expert-led presentations, participants will explore clinical event debriefing, competency-based education and assessment, psychological safety, and the evolving role of AI in supporting safety. Our speakers will share insights and practical perspectives, followed by an interactive panel discussion that brings these important topics together. Participants will then have the opportunity to continue the conversation through breakout sessions, connecting with colleagues from around the world to exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and identify strategies they can apply in their own simulation programs and organizations.

Register 5 or more people from your organization and receive a 10% discount on all registrations! Reach out to info@ipss.org to receive your discount.
