Registration

1. INM Simulation Center Visit: 10:30 - 12:00
The group will meet in the hotel lobby at 9:45. The group will depart the hotel at 9:50 and travel together by train to the simulation center. The visit is 10:30 -12:00. The group will return to the Munich Marriot by 12:30.

Conference registration required to attend the Simulation center visit.
2. INM Simulation Center Visit: 14:00 - 15:30
The group will meet in the hotel lobby at 13:15. The group will depart the hotel at 13:20 and travel together by train to the simulation center. The visit will be 14:00 - 15:30. The group will return to the Munich Marriot by 16:00.

3. INM Simulation Center Visit: 18:00 - 19:30
The group will meet in the hotel lobby at 17:15. The group will depart the hotel at 17:20 and travel together by train to the simulation center. The visit will be 18:00 - 19:30. The group will return to the Munich Marriot by 20:00.

Simulation Center Visit at the Institute for Emergency Medicine and Medical Management

The attendees for the simulation center visit can meet in the lobby and depart as a group or meet the group at the institute. This year the group will take public transportation, so please plan to wear walking shoes and travel by train. Please read below for suggestions on traveling by train around Munich.

Tickets can be purchased in two locations:

At vending machines (more or less in every metro or train station)

In the app (MVGO): https://www.mvg.de/services/unsere-apps/mvgo.html

The app is convenient, as it offers a “swipe” functionality – you get into the tram/bus/train, you swipe on, you get off, you swipe off – the app automatically calculates the fare.

If purchasing your ticket from vending machine at the station, I would go for a single day ticket. These tickets can also be purchased in the app.
