Through expert-led presentations, participants will explore clinical event debriefing, competency-based education and assessment, psychological safety, and the evolving role of AI in supporting safety. Our speakers will share insights and practical perspectives, followed by an interactive panel discussion that brings these important topics together. Participants will then have the opportunity to continue the conversation through breakout sessions, connecting with colleagues from around the world to exchange ideas, discuss challenges, and identify strategies they can apply in their own simulation programs and organizations.
